Eriksen Properties, LLC , a fourth generation family owned company, develops, leases, owns and manages office, retail, residential developments.

Al Eriksen moved to Bend from Eastern Washington to work as a Pharmacist. He later opened Eriksen’s Stationery on Brooks Street. In 1964 he purchased The Eriksen Building on Wall Street and remodeled it to suit his growing business. Al’s son, Gard Eriksen, managed and later owned Eriksen’s Redmond Stationery. He also opened several travel agencies in the Central Oregon area. His sons Bruce, a 30 year veteran of UPS; Brad, a business attorney in the Portland area; Noel, a general contractor form a well rounded real estate development company.
