The Eriksen Building, Built in 1914, underwent a major renovation in 2001. Renovation included removing multiple layers of façade, sub flooring and ceilings, upgrading plumbing, electrical and adding HVAC units to the three new units created on the main floor.
In 2003, the top level interior received the same treatment too create five offices and two newly appointed apartments.
